Our PUR sticks, made from premium polyurethane foam, represent quality and are certified according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 to meet environmentally conscious and health-oriented requirements. Viscotec's range comprises a variety of colors, from classic pure white and natural yellow to a yellow-white blend and soft pastel shades, suitable for a wide range of applications.

Viscotec PUR sticks not only offer excellent resilience but are also known for their ease of care. The foam filling is machine washable up to 95°C and tumble dryer safe up to 110°C, ensuring simple and hygienic cleaning. Their high loft, available in various densities from 18 kg/m³ to 38 kg/m³, provides a volume and softness that meets even the most demanding comfort standards. The standard length of each PUR stick is approximately 3 cm and can be customized to individual customer requirements. The low compression hardness of our foam sticks contributes to impressive loft, resulting in a consistent and dimensionally stable filling experience for all upholstery applications.
